Academic Enrichment
Classes
This academic support will be offered by appointment with one, two, or three times a week options. Our approach is to provide the repetition your child needs to develop a solid understanding of the building blocks of reading, writing (phonics), and math. Your child will develop the ability to apply the rules of decoding with automaticity to develop reading into a fluid process. The goal is to take away the strain of learning to read by turning the process into a fun adventure. Our approach is also individualized to the strengths and weaknesses of each child.

Session Rates
- 1 ON 1 INSTRUCTION
- 4 week classes, two 90 minute classesat $50 an hour
- Classes forming on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Starting in June
We are limiting each set of coaching sessions to 5 students per class for health and safety reasons due to Covid concerns and to provide the benefits of small group academic coaching. Don’t let your child slip behind due to the pandemic. You can give them the gift of early reading and solid math skills.
Psychoeducational Assessments
EECS also provides psychoeducational assessments that can assist in better understanding your child’s cognitive and academic strengths and weaknesses. The evaluation consists of standardized tests of intelligence, academic achievement, social-emotional functioning, and information processing. The assessment is comprehensive and will also include parent and teacher input. A report will include the assessment findings and recommendations will be provided. The recommendations will include feedback to assist you in maximizing your child’s academic potential. If your child is identified with an educational disability then the appropriate recommendations will be made. This information can be vital to developing an academic plan to help your child flourish in school. These assessments can be provided at our office in Mission Viejo or at a location by you.
